1. Free Trial
All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
2. Monthly Plans
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again. Monthly subscriptions are not prorated — you continue to have access until the end of the period you already paid for.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal, we will refund the full amount. After 30 days annual plans are non-refundable, but you retain access to the Service until the end of the term.
4. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You cancel an annual plan within 30 days of your most recent payment.
- You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge).
- The Service experienced a prolonged outage that materially prevented your use.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team with:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- The reason for your refund request.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider and bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Non-refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial periods on monthly plans after the billing cycle has started.
- Annual plans after 30 days from payment.
- Charges older than 60 days.
- Fees incurred through third-party integrations (e.g. shipping-carrier fees).
